  • Fees, Refunds, & Cancellations

    Fees, refunds, and cancellation: The fee for each course is listed with the course name on the "All Courses" page. Once a course is purchased, the fee is non-refundable. You may cancel your access to our website at any time; however, fees already paid are non-refundable.

  • Disputes & Complaints

    If a participant or potential participant would like to express a concern about his/her experience with Wellsprings Education, he/she may email us at Education@Wellsprings.org or call (201) 956-6299 x14. Although we do not guarantee a particular outcome, the individual can expect us to consider the complaint, make any necessary decisions and respond within 15 business days.

  • NBCC Approved Continuing Education Provider

    Wellsprings Education has been approved by NBCC as an Approved Continuing Education Provider, ACEP No. 7057. Programs that do not qualify for NBCC credit are clearly identified. Wellsprings Education is solely responsible for all aspects of the programs.

  • New York State LMHCs

    Wellsprings Education is recognized by the New York State Education Department’s State Board for Mental Health Practitioners as an approved provider of continuing education for licensed mental health counselors. #MHC-0208. (Only LMHC's in NYS can receive CE credit). Additionally, please remember that no more than 1/3 of the NYS required CE hours can be self-study hours.
